Instead of throwing away a perfectly usable plastic container to sit in a landfill site, the My Green Toners are rebuilt to be used again. Good quality used toner cartridges undergo a remanufacturing process and are filled with premium toner. By recycling perfectly useful toner cartridges, we prolong their life and ultimately reduce the production and disposal of plastic and other materials. The high-quality precision milled toner powder used, ensures the prolonged life of the toner cartridges and improves the yields significantly. All My Green Toner cartridges comply with the original specifications and either match or exceed the yield of original toners.
MY GREEN TONER REMANUFACTURING PROCESS
- Collection of Empty Cartridges
The process starts with the return of empty toner cartridges from all common manufacturers. The cartridges are then sorted, removing broken and defective cartridges, while keeping qualified empties for the refurbishment process. The qualified cartridges are then disassembled and cleaned thoroughly. - My Green Toner Remanufacturing Process
Once disassembled and cleaned, the toner cartridges are reassembled, and parts changed where necessary to ensure superior functioning. The cartridges are then filled with high-quality toner powder, given a new chip and each tested individually to guarantee the highest quality of standard. - Shipping of Remanufactured Cartridges
After the remanufacturing process is complete, the cartridges are then packed into biodegradable “Green Airbags” and then into recycled boxes and shipped to dealers.
